胞囊——丛状菌根真菌(vesiculararbuacular)(简称 VA)有以下三种:Glomus etunicalusGmosseaeGfasciculatus,用这三种菌根真菌对六种柑桔砧木实生苗进行了接种,栽于 Astatula 地方的温室中。底土为细砂,在此项接种试验中,一组是每月施一次12—6—6的液肥,另一组施12—0—6的液肥(即氮—磷—钾—译者)。施用两种肥料而又经接种菌根的所有砧木都生长很好。施入12—0—6的一组,用 G.e.,G.m.,G.f.三种菌根菌接种的全部砧木,其地上部的综合生长量分别增加21倍8倍和6倍。施入12—6—6的一组,用三种菌根菌接种的,砧木的地上部综合生长量总共增加不到1.8倍。在同一种砧木中,不同的菌根菌对砧木有不同的依附性。在同一种菌根菌中,不同的砧木对菌根菌也有不同的依附性。其依附能力按下列顺序递减:酸橙印度酸桔甜橙粗柠檬兰卜来檬和卡里佐枳橙。支根少的砧木通常是生长最高的。根茎比表明了,当产生支根的能力增加时,砧木的依附能力也随着下降。
There are three vesicle vesicles (VA): Glomus etunicalus Gmosseae Gfasciculatus, which were inoculated with three kinds of mycorrhizal fungi and planted in Astatula greenhouses .
