文章结合科学发展观的要求,分析了在改革开放、知识经济和高校教育体制改革的新形势下,高校共青团的地位和作用,提出了高校共青团工作以实施“以人为本”的素质教育为目标,加强服务大学生能力建设的思路。
Combining with the requirements of the scientific development concept, this paper analyzes the position and function of Communist Youth League in colleges and universities under the new situation of reform and opening up, knowledge-based economy and the reform of university education system.
