在当今企业占据我国经济主要部分的新形势下,企业之间的竞争变相的就是人才之间的竞争。因此,在企业中人力资源管理越来越受到广大员工乃至整个社会的关注。随之美中不足的是,企业中人力资源管理中存在的风险日趋显著,所以要发现企业中存在着怎样的人力资源管理的风险,以及如何对这些风险做出防范就越来越重要了。本文一开始先讲述了企业人力资源管理中存在哪些风险,再对如何这些风险进行防范提出了一些措施,希望对读者有借鉴之处。
Under the new situation in which today’s enterprises occupy the major part of China’s economy, the competition among enterprises is the competition among talents. Therefore, human resources management in the enterprise is receiving more and more attention from the general staff and the society as a whole. The fly in the ointment is that the risks in human resources management are becoming more and more obvious in enterprises. Therefore, it is more and more important to find out the risks of human resources management in the enterprises and how to guard against these risks. This article begins with a description of what risks exist in the human resources management of an enterprise, and then puts forward some measures on how to guard against these risks, hoping to make reference to the readers.
