目的建立一种操作简单,病理变化典型的大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)模型。方法在大鼠腹内单次注射过量左旋一精氨酸(500mg/100g大鼠体重),检测其血清淀粉酶,脂肪酶及胰腺病理变化。结果大鼠腹内注射过量左旋精氨酸后,血清淀粉酶,脂肪酶升高.胰腺变性坏死。结论腹内注射过量精氨酸能致大鼠ANP模型制作简单,可复性好。
Objective To establish a rat model of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) with simple operation and typical pathological changes. Methods Excessive L-arginine (500mg / 100g rat body weight) was injected intraperitoneally into rats to detect the changes of serum amylase, lipase and pancreatic pathology. Results After intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine, the serum amylase and lipase were increased, and the pancreas was degenerated and necrotic. Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of arginine in excess can make rat ANP model simple and reproducible.
