跨栏是大中学生既喜爱又惧怕的运动项目。如何克服学生的惧怕心理,一直是广大体育教师在跨栏教学中所关心的问题。因此能否克服学生的惧怕心理,往往是跨栏教学成败的关键。我们根据跨栏项目的技术特点与学生的心理状态,设计了音乐辅助法,并在大中学生中分别进行了对照教学实验。参加实验的60名男女学生,全部都未学过跨栏。实验班与对照班均采用相同的教学时间、教学进度与练习密度。
Hurdle is a sport that both middle and high school students love and fear. How to overcome the fear of students has always been the concern of the majority of physical education teachers in hurdle teaching. Therefore, the ability to overcome the fear of students is often the key to the success or failure of hurdle teaching. According to the technical characteristics of the hurdle project and the psychological state of the students, we designed the music-assisted method and carried out the experimental teaching among the middle and high school students. All 60 male and female students who participated in the experiment did not learn the hurdles. Experimental classes and control classes are using the same teaching time, teaching progress and practice density.
