信息时代的到来和国际交往的日益频繁已经使人们越来越深刻地认识到应试教育的弊端,更加迫切地呼吁素质教育的普及。然而由于种种主客观原因,应试教育的现象存在。笔者认为,此次《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》(以下简称《高中英语标准》或高中英语新课标)的制定,有助于教育实践人员形成与素质教育要求相符的课堂教学评价标准,对高中英语教育的任务提出了新的与时俱进的要求,最终将大大推动素质教育的普及和实现。
The arrival of the information age and the increasing frequency of international exchanges have made people more and more aware of the drawbacks of exam-oriented education and urgently urge the popularization of quality-oriented education. However, due to various subjective and objective reasons, the phenomenon of examination-oriented education exists. The author believes that the formulation of the “General High School English Curriculum Standard (Experiment)” (hereinafter referred to as “High School English Standard” or the new high school English Curriculum Criterion) will help education practitioners to form a standard for classroom teaching that complies with the requirements of quality education , Set a new requirement for keeping pace with the times in the task of high school English education and will ultimately promote the popularization and realization of quality education.
