目的:探讨持续质量改进对提高胸外科护理质量的作用。方法:选取医院2014年1月~2016年1月胸外科收治的住院患者118名和两年间均在胸外科从事护理工作的护理人员11名为研究对象,依据在护理质量管理中是否施行持续质量改进,将收治患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者施行常规护理质量管理,观察组施行持续质量改进的护理质量管理,比较分析两组患者护理满意度情况和施行持续质量改进前后护理人员相关护理知识掌握程度上的差异。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),施行持续质量改进后护理人员各项护理知识掌握程度均明显优于施行前(P<0.05)。结论:在胸外科护理质量管理中施行持续质量改进,能明显提升患者对护理的满意情况,增强护理人员的综合素质和业务水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement on improving the quality of thoracic surgery nursing. Methods: A total of 118 hospitalized patients admitted from January 2014 to January 2016 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery and 11 nursing staff engaged in nursing work in thoracic surgery for two years were selected as the study subjects. Based on whether continuous quality improvement was performed in the management of nursing quality The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing quality management, and the observation group were given continuous quality improvement nursing quality management. The nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared with the nursing staff before and after the continuous quality improvement Nursing knowledge differences in the degree of mastery. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing knowledge of nursing staff was significantly better than that of the control group after the continuous quality improvement (P <0.05). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement in thoracic surgical nursing quality management can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing, and enhance the overall quality and professional level of nursing staff.
