随着构建终身教育体系和创建学习化社会伟大目标的提出,如何合理的开发、利用社区教育资源已成为人们关注的焦点。调查结果表明:社区教育资源的开发与利用中仍然存在许多的问题。如幼儿园对社区教育资源的认识不够全面;幼儿园对社区教育资源的挖掘和利用不够充分;幼儿园与社区的沟通机制不够完善;幼儿园开发与利用社区教育资源的管理和运行机制不健全等。
With the establishment of the lifelong education system and the establishment of a learning society, the great goal of how to rational development and utilization of community education resources has become the focus of attention. The survey results show that there are still many problems in the development and utilization of community education resources. For instance, the understanding of community education resources in kindergartens is not comprehensive enough; the kindergartens have not sufficiently tapped and utilized community education resources; the communication mechanism between kindergartens and communities is not perfect; and the management and operation mechanism of kindergartens’ development and utilization of community education resources is not perfect.
