用示波极谱有机络合物吸附波测定飘尘中铍是一种新方法,近年来有所报导。它是在特定底液中,喷与铍试剂Ⅳ结合形成有机络合物,干电位—0.75伏处产生吸附波,并用波峰进行定量测定。我们的实验证明,本方法可进行 PPb 级铍的测定,测定液含铍在0.01——1.00μg/20ml 呈线性关系,回收率98.3%。变异系数3.0%。适用于大气飘尘中痕量铍的测定。
Determination of beryllium in fly ash by oscillopolarographic organic complex adsorption wave is a new method reported in recent years. It is in a specific base solution, spray and beryllium reagent Ⅳ combined to form organic complexes, dry potential -0.75 volts at the adsorption wave, and the peak quantitative determination. Our experiments show that this method can be used for the determination of PPb grade beryllium. The determination of beryllium in solution has a linear relationship between 0.01-1.00μg / 20ml and the recovery rate is 98.3%. Coefficient of variation 3.0%.
