以圆筒件拉深凸缘变形区的应力求解为例,在原有主应力法求解的基础上,对应力状态参数β进行了修正。利用β的修正式完善原有的屈服准则,再将新的屈服准则与应力平衡方程联立,求得凸缘变形区内的径向应力和切向应力的修正解。介绍了这种修正解法的推导过程,并将修正解与原主应力法解进行了比较。结果表明,用原主应力法求得的径向应力误差不大,但切向应力的误差则比较明显。
Taking the solution of the stress of deformation of the flange by the cylindrical part as an example, the stress state parameter β is corrected on the basis of the original principal stress method. The modified formula of β is used to improve the original yield criterion, and then the new yield criterion is combined with the stress equilibrium equation to obtain the correction solution of radial stress and tangential stress in the flange deformation zone. The derivation process of this correction method is introduced, and the comparison between the correction solution and the original principal stress method is compared. The results show that the error of radial stress obtained by the original principal stress method is small, but the error of the tangential stress is obvious.
