采用酶解去壁低渗法对大荔龙枣、骏枣和冬枣3个枣品种进行了核型研究。结果表明:3个枣品种的染色体数目均为2n=24,核型公式分别为大荔龙枣(Ziziphus jujubaMill.‘Dalilongzao’)2n=2x=24=20m(4SAT)+4sm,骏枣(Z.jujubaMill.‘Junzao’)2n=2x=24=20m(2SAT)+4sm和冬枣(Z.jujubaMill.‘Dongzao’)2n=2x=24=16m(4SAT)+8sm。核型均为2B型。骏枣较原始,大荔龙枣次之,冬枣相对进化。
The karyotypes of three date cultivars, Elaeagnus angustifolia, Jujube and Dongzao were studied by enzymatic wall-down osmotic method. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of three jujube cultivars were 2n = 24, the karyotype formulas were 2z = 2 = 24 = 20m (4SAT) + 4sm, Ziziphus jujubaMill.’Dalilongzao ’ .jujubaMill.’Junzao ’) 2n = 2x = 24 = 20m (2SAT) + 4sm and jujube (Z.jujubaMill.’Dongzao’) 2n = 2x = 24 = 16m (4SAT) + 8sm. Karyotype are 2B type. Jujube more than the original, followed by eel, jujube relative evolution.
