班级作为学校管理的基层单位是构建学校教育的主要组成部分。班级管理工作的好坏,直接影响到整个班级的总体水平。而每一代的学生都具有鲜明的时代特征,新时期的学生充满朝气,洋溢个性,教师必须紧紧跟随时代的发展,不断提高自身的素质与形象,才能成为一名出色的班级管理者。本文就新时期高中班级的管理进行研究,并提出有效策略。
Class as a school management grassroots unit is to build a major part of school education. Class management work is good or bad, a direct impact on the overall level of the class. Each generation of students has distinct characteristics of the times. In the new era, students are full of vitality and full of personality. Teachers must closely follow the development of the times and constantly improve their own qualities and image to become an outstanding class manager. This article studies the management of high school class in the new era and puts forward effective strategies.
