一个国家的活跃性主要表现为创新及其在商业中所起的重要作用。创新无论从消费、发展还是营销的角度看,都非常值得关注。它能够极大地提高生产力,带来更高的工资水平,提高国家的活跃性和世界地位。消费作为产业链中一个关键的环节,能有效检验产品的竞争力,促进创新,使产业链不断持续下去。当前,中国经济发展得越来越快,规模越来越大,消费也越来越多,中国必须实现自给自足,要特别注意创新,产出更多具有创新性的产品,而不是主要依赖其他国家。因此,在当前的经济局势下,消费行为显得尤为重要。中国消费者如果能够储蓄得少一点,就能够刺激整个世界经济的发展,减少失业率。为应对更多的出口需求,中国应把资源从出口方面调转过来,要通过减少整个出口的供应,减缓增长,增加内需,即增加消费者的需求,把资源从出口方面转移到内部。而中国政府则需要不断拉动内需,拉动投资的增长和消费者的需求,进一步刺激消费。无论对于个人还是工作单位,都应采取相应的措施进行激励,而这需要一个有活力的经济作为支撑,需要商业经济的发展。这会使整个世界从中受益,创意产业必将成为经济增长的新动力。
