目的:通过在药剂科药学人员中试行品管圈活动,探索在大型综合医院药房精细管理效果分析。方法:将品管圈培训训练模式引入科室的质量管理中,在此基础上,按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动。结果:开展品管圈活动以后住院药房医嘱调配差错的件数由活动前的每月30.66件降低到活动后的每月15.83件,目标达成率为90.48%,进步率达到53.45%。圈员的责任心、解决问题能力、工作效率、凝聚力、工作积极性、品管手法均有一定的提高。结论:开展品管圈活动,提高了药剂科人员解决问题的能力,从而降低了发药差错,保证了患者用药安全有效,提升了药房精细化管理能力。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effectiveness of pharmacy management in large-scale general hospitals by piloting quality control activities among pharmaceutical pharmacy staff. Methods: Introduce quality control circle training mode into the quality management of department, on the basis of which, carry out various activities according to 10 steps of quality control circle activity. Results: The number of errors in allocation of doctor’s advice in hospital pharmacy after carrying out QC activities was reduced from 30.66 per month before the activity to 15.83 per month after the activity. The achievement rate was 90.48% and the progress rate was 53.45%. Circle of responsibility, problem solving skills, work efficiency, cohesion, work enthusiasm, quality control practices have improved. CONCLUSION: The quality control circle activities have improved the ability of pharmacy staff to solve problems, thus reducing errors in drug dispensing, ensuring safe and effective medication for patients and improving the management ability of the pharmacy.
