最近国资委出台关于规范国有企业改制的意见,有人认为这是刹车,我们想这个车是刹不住的。只有在规范运作中,民营资本参与国资重组才能更健康地发展下去。民营资本迎来黄金时期2004年2月14日,原北京产权交易中心与中关村技术产权交易所合并成一个全新、统一的北京产权市场——北京产权交易所。产权交易所适应企业改革和资源优化配置的需要,面向社会各类经济实体,本着诚实、信用的原则,为产权(股权)交易的各方提供着更加方便快捷的综合服务。
