为了进一步了解视觉注意习惯化行为与脑功能障碍的关系 ,对79例智能发育异常的2~36个月婴幼儿进行视觉注意习惯化测试。结果显示 :异常儿对6次重复刺激的注视时间非常接近 ,不象正常儿那样有明显逐步下降规律 ;异常儿对1次新鲜图象刺激的注视时间增幅很小 ,不象正常儿那样有一个十分明显的增加高峰 ;异常儿与正常儿的应答降低率和应答恢复率有十分显著的差别。提示视觉注意习惯化行为能够较客观地反映婴幼儿脑功能发育程度 ,并能区分发育正常与异常的小儿
In order to further understand the relationship between visual attention to habitual behavior and brain dysfunction, 79 cases of preschool children with mental retardation between 2 and 36 months were examined with visual attention. The results showed that: abnormal children on the 6 repeated stimulation of the fixation time is very close, not as normal as there is a clear gradual decline in the rules; abnormal children on a fresh image stimulation of gaze time increase is small, not as normal as there is a Very significant increase in the peak; abnormal children and normal children’s response to reduce the rate of response and recovery rate there is a very significant difference.
