水泥石屑粉浆防水屋面,是将石灰岩石破碎成石屑粉后同水泥拌合成砂浆,铺在屋面饭上作为防水层的一种新型防水结构形式。随着农村经济的发展,我国农村的平屋面建筑也愈来愈多,而屋面渗漏却是多年来一真没有很好解决的老大难问题。平屋面的防水处理最常见有柔性(用沥青、油毡)和刚性(用混凝土)两种做法。柔性防水屋面由于沥青、油毡易老化,故使用年限短,且材料供应紧张。普通混凝土刚性防水屋面,由于混凝土的干缩变形特性,使混凝土容易开裂,引起渗漏。水泥石屑防水屋面则很好地解决了上述两种防水屋面的缺陷。
Cement stone chipping waterproof roof is a new type of waterproof structure that breaks limestone rock into stone dust and then mixes it with cement to form a waterproof layer on roofing rice. With the development of the rural economy, there have been more and more flat roof structures in rural areas in China, and roof leakage is a difficult problem that has not been solved well for many years. The most common methods of waterproofing flat roofs are flexible (pitch, linoleum) and rigid (using concrete). The flexible waterproof roof is easy to age due to asphalt and linoleum, so the service life is short and the material supply is tight. The ordinary concrete rigid waterproof roof, due to the shrinkage deformation characteristics of concrete, makes the concrete easy to crack, causing leakage. Cement chip waterproof roof is a good solution to the above two waterproof roof defects.
