以FK-30H井为例,详细介绍了在该井出现的技术难题,解决措施及井眼轨迹控制技术。主要的技术难题包括:⑴该井地质构造复杂,目的层地层倾角变化大,在甲方要求不打导眼,不填井的情况下,入靶准确难度大;⑵该井设计造斜率必须控制在3°/30 m左右,靶前位移大于600 m,属于大斜度长位移水平井。该井型在钻进过程中容易形成岩屑床,拖压严重,摩阻,扭矩增加,从而使水平段滑动钻进很困难,给定向造成了难度。针对上述技术难题,在施工中逐一解决,使实钻井眼轨迹满足设计要求。
