摘要目的评价扩散加权成像(DWI)联合T2WI方法检测低(Gleason评分≤6)和中或高风险(Gleason评分≥7)的前列腺癌的增加价值。方法评价51例前列腺切除前病人所接受的MRI检查。2名研究人员独立对T2WI和T2WI联合表观扩散系数(ADC)影像上可能发生前列腺肿瘤的8个区域进行评分。数据分为两组,低风险组和中或高风险前列腺癌组,并与组织病理学结果对比。对诊断性能参数、受试者操作特性曲线下面积(AUC)及两名研究者的一致性进行评估。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) combined with T2WI in the detection of prostate cancer with low (Gleason score ≤6) and moderate or high risk (Gleason score ≥7). Methods Fifty-one patients undergoing pre-prostatectomy underwent MRI examination. Two investigators independently scored 8 regions of prostate tumors on T2WI and T2WI combined with apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) images. Data were divided into two groups, low risk group and medium or high risk prostate cancer group, and compared with histopathological results. Diagnostic performance parameters, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), and agreement between the two investigators were evaluated.
