随着网络技术的不断发展，国内主流媒体体育部分对足球比赛的技术统计日渐成熟，但其中也存在一定的问题。本文针对足球比赛的技术统计指标的选取和应用，采用文献资料法、专家调查法，对比分析法，分析足球比赛中各种技术统计指标的重要程度并进行对比分析，探讨其优势和不足。
