June 20, 2012, the national government to buy social work service strategy seminar held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. This is the first time that the Ministry of Civil Affairs organized a national conference to study the government’s purchase of social work services. Experts and scholars from universities and colleges all came together to make positive statements and discuss the policies, regulations and practical effects of the government purchasing social work services.
