液化气瓶制造工艺要求钢板内在质量好、性能稳定、屈强比低,具有良好的冲压拉延性能和焊接性能。近年来,武钢为了提高气瓶用钢15MnHP 的质量,采取了许多技术措施,实物质量有了较大改善,用户制瓶合格率已达到较高水平,但冲废现象仍时有发生。1991年在冶金部稀土办、北京科技大学、北京煤气用具厂等单位配合下新研制了焊接气瓶用钢15MnHPRE。先后试制4批50余炉,成品板3000余吨,成材率97.79%,合格率99.16%。

In 1991, the Ministry of Metallurgy Rare Earth Office, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Beijing Gas Appliance Factory and other units with the newly developed welding cylinder steel 15MnHPRE. Has trial 4 batches of more than 50 furnaces, finished board more than 3,000 tons, finished rate of 97.79%, 99.16% pass rate.
