埕岛油田是我国投入开发的第一个浅海整装大油田。馆陶组是埕岛油田的主要含油层系,油藏本身具有河流相沉积、油层平面连通差、天然能量弱、油稠、胶结疏松、易出砂、产能较低等特点。海上油田开发要求单井具有较高的产能,才能获得较好的经济效益。为此,油田开发过程中采取了以下针对性的措施:利用测井约束地震反演技术进行储层追踪预测,并以500m左右井距合理部署开发井位;钻井、完井全方位油层保护,减少油层污染;一套开发层系,优化组合射孔层段,提高主力油层储量动用程度;优化射孔参数,提高油井完善程度;优选配套合理的机械采油方式,实施先期防砂。由于采取了上述主要措施,馆陶组开发取得了显著效果:投产初期平均单井日产油71.3t,比相邻同类型的孤岛、孤东、埕东油田高1倍多,为同类油田开发提供了有益经验

The reservoir itself has the characteristics of fluvial facies deposition, poor reservoir connectivity, weak natural energy, thick oil, loose cement, easy sand production and low productivity. The development of offshore oilfields requires single well to have higher capacity so as to obtain better economic benefits. To this end, the oilfield has taken the following targeted measures in the process of oilfield development: using logging constrained seismic inversion technology to track and predict reservoirs and rationally deploying and developing wells with a well spacing of 500m; drilling and well completion oil reservoir protection, Reduce the pollution of the reservoir; a set of development strata system, optimize the combination of perforation interval, improve the utilization of the main reservoir reserves; optimize the perforation parameters to improve the degree of completion of the well; preferably supporting a reasonable way of mechanical oil recovery, the implementation of the early sand control. As a result of the above major measures, the development of Guantao Formation achieved remarkable results: in the early days of production, the average single well daily oil production was 71.3 tons, which was more than double that of the neighboring islands of the same type, Gudong and Taidong fields, Provide useful experience
