按照《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62-2004)规定,文章通过对钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力公式的数学分析,建立了抗弯承载力增量与受拉钢筋增量的关系。根据极限状态下受拉区碳纤维布拉力等于相应钢筋拉力的假定,提出了粘贴纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁纤维用量的估算公式。计算值与已有试验数据的对比结果表明,所提估算公式具有较强的实用性和较高的可靠性,可用于初步估算粘贴加固梁的碳纤维布用量。
According to the stipulation of Code for Design of Bridges and Culverts of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete (JTGD62-2004), the relationship between the increment of flexural capacity and the increment of tensioned steel is established by mathematical analysis of the formula of flexural capacity of reinforced concrete beams. According to the assumption that the tension of carbon fiber cloth in the tension zone is equal to the tension of the corresponding steel bar in the ultimate state, the formula for estimating the amount of fiber used to reinforce reinforced concrete beam with fiber cloth is proposed. The calculated results are compared with the existing experimental data. The results show that the proposed formula has strong practicability and high reliability, and can be used to estimate the amount of CFRP sheet preliminarily.
