地球的诞生,较之一般的传说约早15亿年。——日本东京大学理学院地球物理教室小岛埝教授及其研究小组,最近提出了这种大胆的假说。一般的传说地球的诞生,根据地上陨石来推断,约为45亿年前。但小岛教授最近测定非洲萨伊(ire)生产的钻石年龄约为60亿年。地球深处所生成的钻石,应较地球本身早15亿年,如为事实则地球创造的历史,必须修改。
The birth of the earth is about 1.5 billion years earlier than the average legend. - Professor Kojima Kojima, geophysics class, Faculty of Science, University of Tokyo, Japan, and his team have recently come up with this daring assumption. The general legend of the birth of the earth, based on the inferred meteorites on the ground, about 4.5 billion years ago. But Professor Kojima recently measured the diamonds produced in ire in Africa at about 6 billion years old. The diamonds generated in the depths of the Earth should be 1.5 billion years ahead of the Earth itself and, as a matter of fact, the history of the Earth created must be revised.
