探讨补肾活血类中药骨康口服液对维甲酸所造成的骨质疏松的影响。通过给大鼠灌服维甲酸 14d后造成的骨质疏松模型 ,观察了中药骨康口服液对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度 (BMD)、骨矿含量 (BMC)、股骨最大扭矩(M)及血清雌二醇 (E2 )的影响 ,并与特乐定作阳性对照。结果 :中药骨康防治骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨矿含量、股骨最大扭矩及血清雌二醇含量高于模型组 (P<0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ,治疗组大鼠 BMD、BMC高于模型组 (P<0 .0 5 )。骨康防治组优于治疗组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :推测骨康能提高骨质疏松大鼠血清 E2 含量、骨的骨矿含量及骨密度 ,改善骨的内部构造 ,从而提高大鼠骨的机械性能 ,从而避免骨折的发生
To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction, Gukang Oral Liquid, on osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid. The bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content (BMC), and maximum femur torque (M) of the rats treated with GuKang Oral Liquid were observed. The effect of serum estradiol (E2) was positively controlled with terofol. RESULTS: The bone mineral density, bone mineral content, maximum femur torque, and serum estradiol content were significantly higher in the rats treated with Gukang than those in the model group (P<0.05, 0.01). BMC is higher than the model group (P<0.05). The Gukang prevention group was superior to the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is speculated that Gukang can increase serum E2 content, bone mineral content and bone density of bone in rats with osteoporosis, and improve the internal structure of bone, thereby improving the mechanical properties of rat bone and avoiding the occurrence of fracture.
