优降灵(Pargyline,Entonyl)是一个非肼类单胺氧化酶抑制剂,具有强降压作用而毒性和副作用较小。遵照毛主席“古为今用,洋为中用”的教导,1966年本研究组对东北制药总厂合成的优降灵进行了药理研究和临床观察,证明该药毒性很小,对高血压病人有较强的降压作用,于1967年投入生产,现已广泛用于临床,受到病人欢迎。本文报告优降灵治疗高血压病的疗效和适应症,供临床应用时参考。
