用金黄色葡萄球菌做指示菌,以抑菌圈直径为活性追踪指标对蕨菜抑菌活性物质的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明:蕨菜的乙醇、丙酮、甲醇、二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯提取液具有抑菌活性,其中乙醇的抑菌效果最好;在乙醇浓度90%,提取温度70℃,提取时间5h,料液比1:8的条件下,蕨菜提取液的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达到19.61mm。蕨菜提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌也有抑菌活性,其抑菌效果接近,稍强于金黄色葡萄球菌。
Staphylococcus aureus as a indicator bacteria, inhibition zone diameter as an activity tracking index of Bracken antibacterial active substance extraction process. The results showed that ethanol, acetone, methanol, methylene chloride and ethyl acetate extracts of Bracken had antibacterial activity, of which ethanol had the best antibacterial activity. The ethanol concentration was 90%, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the extraction time was 5h, Under the condition of material to liquid ratio 1: 8, the bacteriostatic effect of Bracken extract was the best, and the diameter of bacteriostatic circle reached 19.61mm. Bracken extract on Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella and Escherichia coli also have antibacterial activity, the antibacterial effect is close, slightly stronger than Staphylococcus aureus.
