本文系统阐述了平果铝土矿铲运机集中定点卸矿设施的设计方案、总体布置、结构型式和卸矿机理,及建成后的卸矿设施使用情况和测试结果。经1年余生产实践,证明该设计合理、运行正常、效果良好。铲运机定点集中卸矿在国内有色金属露天开采中尚属首次,具有一定的推广价值和创新意义。
This paper systematically expounds the design plan, overall layout, structure type and unloading mechanism of PINGOUS Bauxite Scraper centralized spot unloading facilities, as well as the use of the unloading facilities and the test results after the completion. After more than 1 year of production practice, that the design is reasonable, operating normally, the effect is good. It is the first time for the scraper to carry out the fixed-point unloading in the domestic open-pit non-ferrous metal mining, which has certain promotion value and innovative significance.
