目的:探讨并分析内隐学习于高职护生基础护理教学中的应用。方法:将我校100名高职护生当作本次研究对象,采取随机分组的方式分为对照组与观察组,两组护生各为50名,其中对照组采取常规学习的方式,观察组采取内隐学习的方式,经干预后利用课堂教学评价量表、应付方式问卷以及一般性自我效能量表来实施调查。结果:通过一段时间的学习和干预,观察组一般性自我效能、考试焦虑以及应付方式等方面均比对照组优,二者所存差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05;观察组护生课堂教学效果、理论成绩和技能成绩均比对照组好,二者所存差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论:在高职生基础护理教学中应用内隐学习,不仅可有效弥补在传统教学中所存缺陷,同时还可有有效改善与发展护生一般自我效能、考试焦虑以及应付方式等方面的实际状态,提高其技能成绩以及理论成绩,继而取得良好教学效果。
Objective: To explore and analyze the application of implicit learning in basic nursing teaching of high vocational nursing students. Methods: 100 high vocational nursing students in our school as the object of this study were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of the two groups of 50 students, in which the control group to take the form of conventional learning, observation The group adopted the implicit learning method, and after the intervention, conducted the investigation by using the classroom teaching evaluation scale, the coping style questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale. Results: After a period of study and intervention, the observation group’s general self-efficacy, test anxiety and coping style were superior to those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant, P <0.05; The results, theoretical achievements and skills scores were better than the control group, the difference between the two was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of implicit learning in basic nursing teaching of higher vocational students can not only make up for the defects existing in traditional teaching, but also effectively improve and develop the actual self-efficacy, test anxiety and coping styles of nursing students , Improve their skills and theoretical achievements, and then achieve good teaching results.
