柒色体异常是引起流产、死胎、新生儿死亡的重要因素(卜。)我们于一九八0年十月发现一例为 t(13;14)罗伯逊易位携带者,t(13;14)染色体在此家系两代五人中出现,并引起了多次流产、死胎等临床表现。现报告如下:家系调查先证者(Ⅱ_(10))郑××,女,27岁,教师。自1971年结婚后,共妊娠六胎,六胎中除第二胎为死胎(女,Ⅲ_3)外,其余五胎(Ⅲ_2、Ⅲ_4、Ⅲ_5、Ⅲ_6、Ⅲ_7)均在妊娠2—3月内流产。先证者的母亲(Ⅰ_2陈××,61岁,农民。曾有流产史。共妊娠12次,其中流产三胎,

The proband’s mother (Ⅰ_2 Chen × ×, 61 years old, farmer. Had a history of miscarriage, a total of 12 pregnancies, of which three abortions,
