对机车中横向联接装置的作用原理作了较为详细的阐述，并定性分析了GK2型内燃机车采用横向联接装置对机车曲线通过能力的影响。文章最后对横向联接装置在机车中的应用提出了几条设计原则。
The principle of the transverse coupling device in locomotive is described in detail, and the influence of the transverse coupling device on locomotive curve passing capability is analyzed qualitatively by GK2 diesel locomotive. Finally, the article puts forward several design principles for the application of transverse coupling device in locomotives.
