This article aims to study the immediate effect of smoking on the clotting activity in vivo and to measure the sensitivity indices of thrombin generation such as plasmin, platelet activity and circulating catecholamines. Methods The experimental group consisted of 10 healthy male college students aged from 22 to 25. In the past, 10 to 20 cigarettes were smoked per day, smoking was stopped 36 hours before the test, and 2 cigarettes were smoked within 10 minutes.
