目的 观察分离自浙江省 1例早期SARS患者的病毒ZJ0 1株在Vero、Vero E6及RD细胞上进行适应 ,以及在上述几种细胞中ZJ0 1株的增殖滴度。方法 病毒增殖采用观察细胞病变及荧光染色法进行。结果 证实ZJ0 1病毒株对Vero、Vero E6及RD等细胞均敏感 ,但在几种细胞中的增殖滴度有较大的差别 ,其中以Vero E6感染滴度最高可达 10 6.0～ 7.0 ,Vero和RD细胞的增殖滴度在 10 3 0～ 4.0 。结论 本文认为SARS病毒ZJ0 1株对上述细胞均敏感 ,其中以Vero E6细胞滴度最高。
Objective To observe the adaptation of ZJ0 1 strain isolated from one case of early SARS in Zhejiang Province to Vero, Vero E6 and RD cells and the proliferation titer of ZJ0 1 strain in the above mentioned cells. Methods The virus proliferation was observed by cytopathic and fluorescence staining. The results confirmed that the virus strain ZJ0 1 was sensitive to Vero, Vero E6 and RD cells, but the proliferation titer in several cells was quite different. The highest titer of Vero E6 infection was 10 6.0-7.0. Vero The proliferation titer of RD cells was between 103 and 4.0. Conclusion In this paper, SARS virus ZJ0 1 strain is considered sensitive to the above cells, of which Vero E6 cells have the highest titer.
