北京市水资源严重短缺,而农业用水占全市用水量的1/3以上,为了缓解全市水资源紧张的局面,“十一五”规划要求农业使用再生水灌溉的面积要达到4万hm2以上,而再生水用于农业缺乏安全性评价和技术支撑。因此,2004年北京市农业技术推广站在市农委的支持下,实施了“再生水用于农业灌溉的试验示范”项目,在深入进行试验研究和入户调查的基础上,筛选出了适于再生水灌溉的作物种类,明确了再生水灌溉可以提高作物产量和生产效益,通过对再生水灌溉作物进行严格检测表明,用再生水连续灌溉3年对作物食用和饲用部分以及土壤是安全的。同时,还提出了再生水用于农业的扶持政策和基于再生水安全利用的种植布局建议,可以作为北京市制定再生水在农业上的利用政策和技术体系的参考。

The rigorous testing of reclaimed water irrigation crops shows that continuous irrigation with reclaimed water for three years is safe for the edible part of the crop and the soil. At the same time, it also put forward the supportive policies of reclaimed water for agriculture and the planting layout recommendations based on the safe utilization of reclaimed water, which can be used as a reference for Beijing to formulate agricultural utilization policies and technical systems of reclaimed water.
