通过研究不同钢种的光整原理,并通过试验寻找其合理的辊型凸度搭配与光整液浓度控制方案,改善了镀锌产品表面质量,延长了光整机工作辊的使用周期。
Through studying the finishing principle of different kinds of steel and finding out the reasonable roller crown matching and finishing solution concentration control scheme through experiments, the surface quality of galvanized products is improved and the service life of the finishing roller is prolonged.
