对企业来说,不同的员工离职所导致的替换成本是不一样的。对于那些一般性的从事单一岗位的员工,由 于很容易从人才市场招聘到替补人员,所以,他们的离职对企业来说并无大碍。但是,如果那些复合型的 人才或者比较特殊的人才一旦离职,往往给企业造成重大震荡。因为,从人才市场招聘一个可替代人员几 乎是可遇而不可求。由于此类人才具有很强的不可替代性,如何激励他们的工作热情并留住他们的心,就 成为企业人力资源工作中一个很现实的问题
For businesses, the replacement cost of different employees is not the same.
