我单位约有日产(NISSAN)公爵牌高级轿车20几台.该车的交流发电机是带集成电路调节器的整体式交流发电机(图1).由于使用多年,现有五、六台车的交流发电机工作不正常,不是充电过大,就是不充电,经外部线路检查和解体交流发电机检查,发现都是调节器损坏.这种调节器跟交流发电机整流元件及电刷架联为一体,本人试用三菱车集成电路调节器改装了几台,使用效果良好,几年来无一台出现过故障.改装方法如下:
