利用激光熔覆法在热处理后的T10A钢表面制备FeCrTiMoNiCo_x高熵涂层,然后利用X射线衍射仪和显微镜分析了熔覆层的组织和相结构,测试了试样处理后的截面硬度和表面耐磨性。结果表明,经激光熔覆技术得到的高熵合金层主要由Fe基固溶体及少量金属间化合物组成,Co含量对化合物组成有一定影响;熔覆层的组织由椭圆形胞状晶和柱状晶组成;熔覆层的硬度最高达到780 HV,比基体硬度高230 HV,磨损率下降了64%,磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,兼有粘着磨损。
The high entropy coating of FeCrTiMoNiCo_x was prepared by laser cladding on the surface of heat-treated T10A steel.
