1 Foreword And Taguchi originated in the Mid-Alpine mountain Nanju peaks (elevation 2841m), the process of about 16km, the average drop of 1: 9.5. There are hundreds of Arashi (about 20hm ~ 2) in the upper reaches of the collapse and many other places, the geological composition of fragile granite, debris flow occurred more frequently. In particular, large-scale landslides occurred during heavy rains in August 1993 and August 1994, causing serious disasters to the downstream areas. Based on the description of the rainfall, the turbidity change of the river and the water level change during heavy rains in August 1994, this paper describes the relationship between the occurrence of rainfall flow and rainfall on the basis of the data of the occurrence of rainfall and debris flow in the past 12 years Exploring.
