通过动物实验研究证实米槁心乐滴丸具有明显的镇痛、镇静耐、缺氧作用 ,与该制剂用于防治胸痹心痛功效相吻合 ;米槁心乐滴丸灌胃给药测得 LD5 0为 4.8g(合生药 5 5· 5 g)· kg- 1;大鼠长期连续给药无毒理学意义 ,停药 1 5 d可逆性反应 ,表明了临床拟定的剂量 1 5 mg· kg- 1是比较安全的
Animal experiments confirmed that Miqi Xinle Drop Pill has obvious analgesic, sedative, and hypoxic effects, which is consistent with the efficacy of the preparation for preventing and treating chest pain; and Mi Fuxin Letting Pills administered by gavage to measure LD5. 0 is 4.8g (5. 5g of conjoined drug) · kg-1; rats have no toxicological significance for long-term continuous administration, and reversible reactions were stopped 15 days after drug withdrawal, indicating that the clinically formulated dose of 15 mg·kg- 1 is safer
