我科在1972年开始应用链激酶(溶栓酶)治疗缺血性脑血管疾病共3例,其中2例为颈内动脉血栓形成,一例为风湿性心脏病所致脑栓塞,治疗结果报告如下: 例一:男,51岁,因突然发生左侧上下肢活动不灵6小时而于1972年1月4日入院,当日早晨患者稍感畏寒发热,精神淡漠,中午上厕所时突然向左跌倒,发现左侧肢体活动不灵,随即来院就医。当时有恶心呕吐三次。1971年2月亦有类似发作
