医疗卫生服务的竞争就是人才的竞争,医疗卫生机构要想获得长远的发展,就必须高度重视人力资源的开发与培养。根据对浦东新区38所医疗卫生机构目前培训状况和未来培训需求的研究结果,作者提出了浦东新区医疗卫生专业人才培养的3年策略行动方案。
The competition of medical and health services is the competition of talents. If medical and health institutions want to achieve long-term development, they must pay great attention to the development and cultivation of human resources. According to the results of research on the current training situation and future training needs of the 38 medical and health institutions in Pudong New Area, the author proposes a three-year strategic action plan for the cultivation of medical and health professionals in Pudong New Area.
