本文测量了晶粒尺寸为30nm的Bi_2Ti_4O_(11)在静水高压下的Raman光谱,发现在压力为3.35GPa时发生软模相变,其低频部分的Raman谱随压力的变化表明该体系存在着明显的量子尺寸效应。
In this paper, the Raman spectra of Bi_2Ti_4O_ (11) with a grain size of 30nm under hydrostatic pressure were measured. It was found that the soft mode transition occurred at a pressure of 3.35GPa. The Raman spectra of the low frequency part showed a significant change with pressure Quantum size effect.
