在所有应用领域中,嵌入式非易失性存储正成为系统范围日益扩大的一项重要需求,闪存已经成为低成本FPGA的主流配置。市面上既有单芯片闪存FPGA,也有外挂闪存FPGA。而前一种结构又分为片上整合的单芯片结构和SIP封装的单芯片结构。XILINX最新推出的一款Spartan- 3AN非易失性闪存FPGA,或许为人们更清楚地了解低成本FPGA的设计发展和应用方向提供了参考。
In all applications, embedded non-volatile storage is becoming an increasingly important system-wide demand, and flash memory has become the mainstream configuration for low-cost FPGAs. The market has both single-chip flash FPGA, there are plug-in flash FPGA. The former structure is divided into on-chip integrated single-chip structure and SIP package of single-chip structure. XILINX recently introduced a Spartan-3AN non-volatile flash FPGA, perhaps for a more clear understanding of low-cost FPGA design development and application of the direction of reference.
