邵大箴/中央美术学院教授、中国美协美术理论委员会名誉主任人民大会堂我来过很多次,看过很多作品,觉得王西京的《黄河,母亲河》陈列在“金色大厅”里,它的气势和氛围,它所承载的思想内容,它带给人们的艺术感染力,都是强烈而鲜明的。这幅作品非常特殊,可以说是王西京最近几年艺术创作的里程碑,同时也为我们讨论厅堂绘画如何与建筑环境相结合、相融合,主题内容如何与艺术语言形成有机整体等问题,提供了一个很好的范例。
