核事故或核恐怖事件的医学救援是应急救援的重要环节,建立健全突发核事故应急检测体系,对核辐射伤员尽快进行伤情分类、实施有效救治至关重要。对突发核事故应急救援中的生物检测方法进行了总结,对生物检测方法的特点、优缺点和适用性进行了讨论。
Medical rescue of nuclear accident or nuclear terrorist incident is an important part of emergency rescue. Establishing and perfecting emergency detection system of sudden nuclear accident and categorizing injury of nuclear radiation casualty as soon as possible, it is very important to carry out effective treatment. The methods of biological detection in emergency rescue of sudden nuclear accidents are summarized, and the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and applicability of biological detection methods are discussed.
