通过测量发动机在燃用乙醇汽油和普通汽油时催化器前后的排放和转化效率,对比研究两种燃料对催化器性能的影响。实验使用5种市售乙醇汽油和6种普通汽油,在催化器前端和后端测量CO、HC、NOx排放。研究发现,市售乙醇汽油的CO排放高于普通汽油,HC排放与普通汽油基本相同,NOx排放低于普通汽油。在怠速工况,燃用乙醇汽油时催化器对CO和HC的转化率高于普通汽油,对NOx的转化率稍低于普通汽油。中等转速时,乙醇汽油的CO转化率在中等负荷时较低,其他工况高于普通汽油,HC、NOx的转化率基本相同。
The effects of two kinds of fuels on the performance of the catalyst were compared by measuring the emission and conversion efficiency before and after the catalyst was burned with ethanol gasoline and normal gasoline. The experiment used five kinds of commercially available ethanol gasoline and six kinds of regular gasoline to measure the CO, HC and NOx emissions at the front and the back of the catalyst. It is found that the CO emission of commercially available ethanol gasoline is higher than that of common gasoline, the HC emission is basically the same as that of ordinary gasoline, and the NOx emission is lower than that of ordinary gasoline. In idling condition, the conversion rate of CO and HC was higher than that of normal gasoline when using ethanol gasoline, the conversion rate of NOx was slightly lower than that of ordinary gasoline. At medium speed, the CO conversion of ethanol gasoline is lower at medium load and higher than that of common gasoline in other conditions. The conversion rates of HC and NOx are basically the same.
