校企教育联盟是学校基于学生发展需要而开展的一项长期性的综合实践活动。本文从校企联盟组织成立的缘由、模式入手,以从学生生活实际出发选择联盟资源、从资源教育特性出发梳理教育内涵、从凸显活动实效出发计划活动方案为思路,架构了校企联盟的基本活动模式。特别是“体验中认知企业”、“合作中开发课程”两大板块系列活动,更是让校企联盟活动成为了一种综合性的成长实践活动,有了更深刻的教育含义。
School-enterprise education alliance is a long-term comprehensive practice carried out by schools based on the needs of students. This article starts from the reason and model of the establishment of school-enterprise alliance organization, chooses union resource from the reality of student’s life, combs the education connotation from the characteristics of resource education, starts from plan activity plan which highlights actual effect of activity, constructs the basic of school-enterprise alliance Activity mode. In particular, “cognitive business experience”, “cooperation in the development of curriculum” two series of activities, it is to make school-enterprise alliance activities has become a comprehensive growth practice, with more profound education meaning.
