[目的]观察平喘止咳汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例氨茶碱,0.1g/次,3次/d;酮替芬,1.38mg/次,2次/d;沙丁胺醇气雾剂,2次/d,气雾吸入。治疗组24例平喘止咳汤(麻黄炙12g,紫菀、杏仁、款冬花、甘草各10g,前胡、牛蒡子、五味子、苏子、枇杷叶各8g,僵蚕、蝉蜕各6g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,早晚口服;缓解期止嗽养正方(生防风30g,甘草、防风、麻黄炙、白术各10g,茯苓、陈皮各9g,杏仁、法半夏各6g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组显效11例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]平喘止咳汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Pingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine on cough variant asthma. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 48 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method. Control group, 24 cases of aminophylline, 0.1g / times, 3 times / d; ketotifen, 1.38mg / times, 2 times / d; salbutamol aerosol, 2 times / d, inhalation of aerosol. Treatment group, 24 cases of asthma cough soup (Ephedra Sunburn 12g, aster, almonds, coltsfoot flowers, licorice 10g, Peucedanum, Arctium, Schisandra, Suzi, loquat leaves each 8g, / d, decoction 100m L, morning and evening oral; nausea cough Yangzhengfang (raw wind 30g, licorice, wind, Ephedra sunburn, Atractylodes 10g, Poria, dried tangerine peel each 9g, almonds, France Pinellia each 6g) / d, decoction 100m L, morning and evening oral; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 4 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.67%. In the control group, 11 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Ping Chuan Zhike Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating cough variant asthma has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
